We run a multi-tenant SaaS platform in production — tenant isolation, per-tenant databases, billing, addon gating, reseller accounts. When we build your SaaS, we are not solving these problems for the first time.
SaaS is not a web application with a subscription bolted on. The hard parts are tenant isolation, the upgrade path across every customer at once, billing that survives plan changes mid-cycle, and onboarding that works without a human on a call.
Every one of those is a decision that is cheap in month one and extremely expensive in month eighteen. We have already paid for the wrong versions of several of them on our own platform, which is the main thing we bring.
What we build
Multi-tenant architecture
Shared-schema or database-per-tenant, chosen against your actual compliance and scale requirements rather than by default. Getting this wrong is the most expensive mistake in SaaS and it is nearly always made in week one.
Billing and plan gating
Subscriptions, trials, upgrades, downgrades, proration and dunning — plus feature gating that does not require a deploy every time you change what a plan includes.
Self-serve onboarding
Signup to first useful action without a salesperson. This conversion step usually determines whether the product has a business model.
Reseller and white-label layers
If partners will resell your product under their own brand, that belongs in the architecture from the start. We run exactly this model ourselves.
How we work
- 1
Architecture decisions on paper
Tenancy model, billing model and upgrade strategy documented and argued before implementation, because all three are painful to reverse.
- 2
Thin vertical slice
One complete path from signup through payment to the core action, working end to end, before broadening. This exposes the tenancy and billing mistakes while they are still cheap.
- 3
Second tenant early
We onboard a second tenant deliberately early. Almost every isolation bug that would otherwise reach production surfaces here.
- 4
Operability
Per-tenant logs, admin impersonation, and a migration path that runs across all tenants safely. You will need these in week one of having real customers.
How we price it
Phased with a hard checkpoint after the vertical slice, when both sides finally know what the full build costs. Quoting a whole SaaS product before that point is guesswork dressed as a number.

Questions we get asked
Should we build on your platform or from scratch?
If your product overlaps what our platform already does — websites, CRM, WhatsApp, industry verticals — building on it can save months. If it does not, we build from scratch and say so. We do not have a commercial reason to push you onto the platform and we will not.
Database per tenant, or shared?
Depends on tenant count, data volume, and whether any customer will contractually demand isolation. We run both patterns in production and will walk you through the trade-off with real numbers rather than a preference.
Can you handle billing?
Yes, including the parts most builds get wrong: mid-cycle plan changes, proration, failed-payment retries and what a customer can still access while overdue.
How do we handle upgrades once we have customers?
Migrations designed to run across all tenants with a rollback path, and a staged rollout rather than an all-at-once deploy. This is where most young SaaS products first break badly.

Tell us what you are trying to build. The first call is a scoping conversation, not a pitch — and if you do not need us, we will say so.
