Gurgaon work tends to be integration-heavy: companies with existing enterprise systems that need something built around or between them.
Gurgaon's corporate concentration means most software conversations here start differently. The company already has systems — often several, often expensive — and the problem is the gaps between them, or a customer-facing layer none of them provide.
That makes integration and API work a larger share of the job than greenfield building, and it means procurement, security review and IT sign-off are part of the project timeline whether or not anyone budgeted for them.
What we build
Integration layers
Connecting systems that were never designed to talk — ERP to CRM to a customer portal — so data stops being re-typed between them.
Customer-facing platforms
Portals and self-service layers on top of enterprise systems that were built for internal users and are unusable for customers.
Internal tools
The workflow and approval tools that large organisations run on spreadsheets because the enterprise system cannot be changed quickly enough.
Vertical platforms
For Gurgaon's real-estate, hospitality and services firms, industry systems that are largely configuration on our existing verticals.
How we work
- 1
Map the system landscape
What exists, what each system owns, and where data is being manually copied. The manual copying is usually where the return is.
- 2
Plan for security review
Corporate clients have security and procurement processes. We build the review timeline into the plan rather than being surprised by it in month two.
- 3
Integrate incrementally
One connection at a time, each independently verifiable. Big-bang integrations fail in ways that are extremely hard to diagnose.
- 4
Document for your IT team
Corporate clients need documentation their own IT can maintain against. That is a deliverable, not a courtesy.
How we price it
Time and materials for integration work, where the true scope only emerges once we see the systems. We will say when a fixed price is realistic and when quoting one would be dishonest.

Questions we get asked
Can you work with our existing enterprise systems?
Yes — that is the majority of what Gurgaon clients ask for. If a system has an API we integrate with it; if it does not, we will tell you what the realistic options are, including the unappealing ones.
Do you meet security and procurement requirements?
We work through corporate security reviews regularly. Tell us the requirements early and we will build the timeline around them instead of discovering them late.
Do you work on site in Gurgaon?
Yes, for discovery and key milestones. Day-to-day development is remote, which for most corporate clients is the arrangement they prefer anyway.
Can you take over from an existing vendor?
Yes, after a paid audit of what exists. The audit output is a written assessment you can act on regardless of whether you hire us for the work.
